Position Summary:
As a Party Planner at Escapology Scottsdale, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating memorable events for our guests. Whether it’s a birthday party, corporate team-building event, or special celebration, you’ll ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in event planning who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with clients to design and execute personalized event experiences.
- Coordinating logistics, including scheduling, decorations, and catering (if applicable).
- Ensuring seamless integration of escape room experiences into event plans.
- Managing event timelines and troubleshooting any last-minute challenges.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in event or party planning.
- A creative mind with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering top-notch service.
