The primary role of the Operating Partner is to develop and maintain a team of people who deliver car wash services to our customers effectively, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner based on Big Dan’s standards. Job Responsibilities:

Successfully complete our on-site training program.
Engage with team members and interact with customers.
Work to increase customer satisfaction.
Increase bottom line revenue through the proper oversite and management of resources.
Oversee all employees and create a self-sufficient site.
Follow all preventative maintenance procedures and maintain proper inventory of chemicals and other supplies.
Meet or exceed Big Dan’s standards and work to create a pipeline of future Operating Partners.
Various administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, hospitality, or related field.
Applicants without a degree will be considered based on previous experience.
Applicants MUST be clean cut and neat in appearance.
Be enthusiastic and friendly.
Must enjoy working with people.
Treat customers and employees with respect.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem solver.
Willing to lead by example.
Proficient in computer operations and software tools.
Customer-centric mindset.
Car wash experience preferable.
Like to learn new skills in areas of customer service, safety, mechanical, and computers.
Master all aspects of running a best-in-class car wash.
Complete certifications at Car Wash College (paid for by Big Dan’s).
Live within 30 minutes of the wash.

Compensation:

Base: $75,000.
Bonus based on site performance.
Big Dan’s cover s100% of the tier 1 employee only health plan and/or allocate that amount toward an employee/spouse, employee/child(ren), and/or family plan.
401K with 3% match.
