A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Clinical Data Review Pharmacist in West Jordan, UT! (HOURS ARE M-F 1ST SHIFT OR 2ND SHIFT, LET ME KNOW YOUR PREFERENCE! THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE ROLE. PAY IS $65/HR.)

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Data Review Pharmacist (RPh)to join our centralized pharmacy operations team. This onsite role is focused on prescription order processing, clinical verification, and patient/provider consultation from a processing location (non-patient facing).

You will play a key role in supporting pharmacy programs designed to improve patient health outcomes, medication adherence, regulatory compliance, and prescription accuracy.

Clinical Data Review Pharmacist Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $65.00/hr
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Clinical Data Review Pharmacist Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position M-F will be 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday then T-F 1pm-9pm OR M-F 6am-2pm

Clinical Data Review Pharmacist Responsibilities

Clinical Services & Compliance

  • Perform clinical verification and product review of prescription orders.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including controlled substance laws and Good Faith Dispensing policies.
  • Provide clinical services such as immunizations and MTM (Medication Therapy Management) interventions when applicable.
  • Maintain full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the retail fill process.

Patient & Provider Support

  • Conduct patient consultations and drug therapy reviews.
  • Support medication management initiatives to improve adherence and safety.
  • Collaborate with providers to resolve prescription or therapy-related questions.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively identifying patient needs.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Model best practices in communication, professionalism, and service delivery.
  • Promote healthcare services including immunizations, wellness programs, and clinical interventions.

Training & Professional Development

  • Maintain active licensure and required certifications.
  • Complete continuing education and internal training modules.
  • Stay current on healthcare developments, pharmacy best practices, and retail operations.

Clinical Data Review Pharmacist Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BSPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

· Active Pharmacist License (RPh)in good standing

· Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience(retail, hospital, or clinical)

· Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
