Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing specialized nursing care in a critical care environment, this role focuses on supporting adult trauma patients and post-surgical management across various surgical disciplines. The unit manages a patient ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3, working within an 8-bed ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult trauma patients and post-surgical cases including general surgery, vascular surgery, and neurosurgery.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and trauma center protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Current and active RN license with ICU experience required.
• Experience in adult trauma and post-surgical patient care preferred.
• Ability to manage a patient ratio between 1:1 and 1:3 effectively.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Contract
