What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Supporting patients with daily activities to promote their independence.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to ensure proper care.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance patients’ overall well-being.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and their families.
- A commitment to professionalism and reliability.
