🎯 What You’ll Lead

As the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will:

  • Design and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies that accelerate growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Strengthen KeystoneCare’s brand presence, ensuring our mission of compassionate care is reflected in every market interaction.
  • Build and nurture key relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, referral partners, and payers.
  • Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions and expand service lines.
  • Collaborate across executive leadership to ensure alignment between our service capabilities and market strategy.
  • Represent KeystoneCare at industry events, conferences, and community engagements, serving as a key ambassador for our mission.

🧠 Qualifications

We’re looking for a strategic executive with:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare sales and marketing—specifically home care, hospice, Hospice or post-acute services.
  • A proven track record of leading teams to achieve measurable revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and empower diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel to build and maintain key partnerships.
  • Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved exemption.
  • RN preferred but not required.
