PT, OT, Speech - Home Health

Job Details:
\n
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible scheduling
\n• Every 3rd weekend required
\n• Minor holidays required, major holidays only if needed
\n• Home-based care setting assigned to a geographical region
\n• Use Cerner EMR system for charting
\n• Business attire with white lab coat required, no jeans permitted
\n• Required certification: BLS Certification
\n• Speech therapists: CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential preferred
\n• Must have experience with OASIS (government mandated form)
\n• Minimum one year of experience in PT, OT, or Speech required
\n• Home health setting experience preferred but not required
\n• Treat patients with conditions including orthopedic injuries, strokes, joint conditions, spinal injuries, and a variety of speech-related diagnoses
\n• Floor-specific orientation period of 1.5 to 2 weeks provided
