We are a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning company seeking a Dispatcher/ CSR/ Office Admin. Candidate must be dependable, a quick learner and be able to multi task in a fast paced office. Customer Service Rep, answer multiple busy phone lines, schedule appointments, coordinate technicians daily schedule. Organize the appointments in the most efficient manner. Applicant must carry a positive and professional attitude with customers and fellow employees. Potential candidate must have positive, upbeat, friendly, cheerful, and welcoming attributes on the phone and in the office. A "smile" in your voice is a must. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls with a positive attitude and respond to phone messages from customers
- Direct incoming calls to the specific company departments
- Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist in dispatching when necessary
Qualifications:
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Excellent computer skills and excellent phone disposition
- Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service or other related field
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
