Metropolitan Maintenance Inc. is hiring experienced Plow Truck Drivers for commercial snow removal at shopping centers, large parking lots, and facilities.

This is an on-call position during snow events.

We’re seeking drivers who are:

• Dependable and punctual
• Responsive to phone calls and texts during snow events
• Safety-focused and professional
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when snow occurs

Responsibilities

• Operate pickup trucks equipped with snow plows
• Perform snow plowing and ice control at commercial properties
• Clear large parking lots and drive lanes efficiently and safely
• Follow site-specific plow plans and safety procedures
• Be available on-call during snow events
• Arrive on time and prepared when dispatched
• Communicate with supervisors throughout the event

Drivers will use our company app to:

• Clock in and out
• Upload required site photos
• Confirm completed work
• Communicate during snow events

Requirements

✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Snow plowing experience
✅ Ability to operate a plow truck safely and confidently
✅ Reliable transportation to assigned job sites
✅ Ability to work extended hours during snow events
✅ Comfortable using a smartphone app
