Salary Range: $43,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM.
- Document inspection results accurately in quality control reports and databases.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials and products.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment according to established schedules.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
- Experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection roles.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced GD&T certification or extensive knowledge
- Experience with CMM programming or advanced metrology software setup
- Demonstrated understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Experience performing calibration on measurement equipment
