Job DescriptionA Step Above Inc is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Sales Representative / Roof Inspector to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, hybrid role combines in-person roof inspections with sales responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity for a driven individual.
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable climbing roofs, assessing damage, building strong customer relationships, and effectively closing deals. While roofing experience is a plus, we highly value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct thorough residential and commercial roof inspections.* Document roof conditions using photos, notes, and Acculynx CRM.* Provide accurate estimates and educate customers on various roofing solutions.* Present proposals, answer questions, and close sales efficiently.* Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.* Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate project details.* Attend training sessions to stay updated on roofing systems and industry best practices.
**Requirements:*** Ability to safely climb ladders and walk on rooftops.* Comfortable with heights and working outdoors in various weather conditions.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.* Strong communication and sales skills.* Basic digital proficiency; knowledge of AccuLynx or other CRM platforms is preferred. .* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales.* Knowledge of different roofing systems (e.g., tile, shingle, TPO).* Proficiency with Acculynx or similar construction CRM.* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
