Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) Crew Members to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, prepping, and assembling menu items
Cook and plate food according to café standards and recipes (if applicable)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
Receive and properly store deliveries and inventory
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
Take direction from kitchen leadership and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
