Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support student learning in a school environment located in Olathe, KS. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers and staff, providing essential instructional assistance and contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
- Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Help prepare learning materials and organize classroom resources
- Monitor student behavior and encourage positive social interactions
- Collaborate with educators to implement lesson plans effectively
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to reinforce educational concepts
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working in educational support roles preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
