We're Hiring: Process Engineer – Film Extrusion | Wilkes-Barre, PA
Join a high-performance manufacturing leader driving innovation in advanced polymer film, laminate packaging, and plastic extrusion. This is a hands-on technical role focused on launching and optimizing a cutting-edge blown film extrusion line.

️ What You’ll Do:
- Own the launch, stabilization, and ongoing performance of a brand-new blown film line
- Operate and optimize film extrusion equipment side-by-side with operators
- Drive efficiency, uptime, yield, and film quality benchmarks
- Train and develop operator capability to ensure knowledge transfer and line independence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, lab, and technical teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in polymer extrusion, blown film, or laminated flexible packaging
- Practical expertise in troubleshooting, process optimization, and quality control
- Passion for high-quality film production with minimal waste and maximum throughput
- Comfortable working on the production floor, not behind a desk
