Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously, responding promptly to changes.
- Participate in pre-shift huddles and coordinate care during assigned shifts.
- Assist in patient transport and float to appropriate areas when needed.
Schedule and Details:
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week.
- Weekends required.
- No call responsibilities.
- Float assignments include designated facilities aligned with your skillset.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with ICU experience.
