AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the technical skills of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for employees and clients
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Perform process audits and assess training needs
  • Customize programs to meet specific requirements
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role (3+ years)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
