Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Indianapolis, IN, this full-time contract position offers an opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting from January 5, 2026, through the end of the school year. The role focuses primarily on PreK-3rd grade students but serves a range from PreK through 8th grade, supporting approximately 63 students.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders among pediatric populations, including developmental and academic challenges within a school environment. Collaboration with teachers and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student progress is essential.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Indiana state license to practice as an SLP
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Knowledge of school-based speech therapy practices and regulations
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively, focusing on Early Childhood (PreK-3rd) and upper elementary grades
