Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving K-12 students in a school setting located in Beaufort, SC. This contract position runs from August 2025 through June 2026 and focuses on providing prehensive behavior analysis services across a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct behavior analysis services to students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing support
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to improve student outes

Qualifications:

• Current valid BCBA certification in good standing
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong collaboration, munication, and organizational skills
