This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrative Specialist to support our growing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, processing large volumes of data, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

This position requires a strong aptitude for working with data, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Organize and manage digital files, records, and reports to ensure quick retrieval and compliance with data retention policies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies, update customer records, and ensure smooth data flow.

  • Assist in generating periodic reports, performance summaries, and data visualizations for internal use.

  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and responding to internal information requests.

  • Uphold data privacy and security standards in accordance with company policies.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and contribute to workflow improvements.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field is a plus.

  • Prior experience in administrative or data-related roles, preferably in an insurance, finance, or technology-driven environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM or database platforms is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
