Key Responsibilities
• Inbound Shipment Management: Assist in receiving and unloading weekly inventory deliveries
• Inventory Transfer: Manually transport food stock from the warehouse to the pantry distribution area per shift to ensure continuous service to community members.
• Warehouse Organization: Sort, stack, and palletize food products, including frozen poultry units weighing 40 lbs each, ensuring proper rotation and safety compliance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and mechanical lifting aids.
• Volunteer Coordination: Assist the Executive Director in supervising volunteers during high-volume delivery windows, ensuring adherence to "Team Lift" protocols.
