Stout Creek Landscapes is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Designer who owns the client relationship from first meeting to signed contract—designing solutions that win work, protect margin, and elevate our brand.

You won’t hand off ideas and hope for the best. You’ll design with intent, sell with confidence, and close with discipline.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand needs, budget, and site conditions
  • Create compelling landscape designs that balance creativity, constructability, and margin
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using Aspire (or comparable CRM/ERP)
  • Lead client presentations and confidently close projects
  • Qualify prospects and walk away from poor-fit opportunities
  • Coordinate internally to ensure clean handoffs to project management and operations
  • Capture scope clearly to eliminate rework and production friction
  • Participate in weekly sales pipeline and forecasting meetings
