Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, early-rising individual to join our team with a 5:00 AM start time.
This is a fast-paced labor position focused on packaging cheese products in accordance with food safety, workplace safety, and standard operating procedures.
Pay:

Starts at $25.09

After 3 months it increases to $26.71

At 6 month mark it increases to $28.35
-
Weekly bonus opportunities available
Key Responsibilities:
-
Package cheese products efficiently and accurately
-
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Manufacturing experience
-
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
-
Ability to repetitively grip large and small items
-
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Additional Requirements:

Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, to support production schedules and vacation coverage

Strong motivation to learn and grow within the company

Good communication skills and attention to detail
Pay Details: $25.09 to $28.35 per hour
