Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled Cath Lab Technologist proficient in multi-modality imaging procedures. This role is situated within a Level 1 trauma center renowned for advanced care in interventional radiology, neurology, trauma, cardiovascular, and vascular services. Ideal candidates have a solid background in cath lab technology and thrive in dynamic, high-acuity environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures in the Cath Lab involving IR, Neuro, Trauma, CV, and Vascular cases
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment with precision
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary trauma and surgical teams
- Participate in weeknight shifts and be available for weeknight on-call duties
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with multi-modality imaging expertise
- Strong knowledge of imaging technology and catheterization procedures
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in urgent care situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications and licensure as required by state regulations
Schedule:
- Day shifts with weeknight responsibilities
- Weeknight on-call availability is required
