• Maintain an organized filing system for physical and digital records.
• Assist with general administrative duties to support daily office operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes.
• Verify document accuracy and troubleshoot minor issues related to scanning or uploading.
• Provide clerical support to enhance overall workflow efficiency.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or similar roles.
• Proficiency in operating photocopying and scanning equipment.
