We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.

The salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

  • Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Work in partnership with other medical providers to enhance the quality of healthcare delivered.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of improving lives through compassionate healthcare.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
