This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and eager to learn. You'll work on social media, design projects, and marketing campaigns that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and department initiatives, supporting a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in all communications, both internal and external.
  • Maintain organized marketing files and databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Support the execution of marketing strategies by helping to track performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to campaign planning and execution.
  • Draft and edit written content for marketing communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, organizing digital assets, and preparing presentation materials as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals and project deadlines.

Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, Skills):

  • Current student in junior standing pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or Graphic Design.
  • Strong customer service values
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design software experience preferred.
  • Creative, idea generator, open to and proponent of change and new ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet frequent deadlines.
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment, ensuring that departmental and individual goals are met
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and focus on accuracy and work quality.
