Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools.
- Contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and department initiatives, supporting a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all communications, both internal and external.
- Maintain organized marketing files and databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Support the execution of marketing strategies by helping to track performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to campaign planning and execution.
- Draft and edit written content for marketing communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, organizing digital assets, and preparing presentation materials as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals and project deadlines.
Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, Skills):
- Current student in junior standing pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or Graphic Design.
- Strong customer service values
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design software experience preferred.
- Creative, idea generator, open to and proponent of change and new ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet frequent deadlines.
- Ability to contribute to a team environment, ensuring that departmental and individual goals are met
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and focus on accuracy and work quality.
