We’re hiring a Commercial Assistant Superintendent who wants more than just a job—you’re looking for hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to Superintendent.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Superintendent in daily site operations
- Help plan, develop, and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries
- Review shop drawings and assist with material procurement
- Monitor job site safety and quality standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
- Provide weekly progress updates to Project Managers and leadership
- Assist in managing budgets and project timelines
- Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, architects, and engineers
What We’re Looking For
- Only 1–3 years of commercial construction experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience on commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Scheduling software
- Procore (preferred, not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
