Evening Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and coordinate coach bus drivers
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally
- Monitor schedules and resolve operational issues
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and management
- Works in contact with drivers regarding schedules
- Will overlap and coordinate with the Evening Dispatcher.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience in logistics or transportation dispatching preferred
- Trustworthy, dependable, and professional
- Great attitude and strong customer service skills
