· When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus programJob DescriptionAs a Puller/Auditor, you will play a critical role in the warehouse operations process by accurately locating and pulling customer orders for shipment. You will ensure all items match the pick ticket and verify back orders before final shipment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You are the final checkpoint to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction before orders leave the facility.Responsibilities:· Locate and retrieve products according to pick tickets, ensuring quantity and size accuracy
· Verify pulled products match pick tickets and confirm back orders
· Ensure all zones are attached and correct pick ticket numbers are included
· Use pallet jacks and warehouse equipment; climb ladders to access inventory
· Process add-ons as needed and sign off on audited and verified ordersQualifications and Requirements:· Minimum 6 months of warehouse or order pulling experience required
· Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (license preferred)
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for the entire shift
· Strong attention to detail and ability to read/write in English

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
