ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a Staff Accountant, which gave me a strong financial background and attention to detail that I bring into the business today.

I hold a B.S. in Accounting and am married with three adult children. I value both hard work and maintaining balance, and I strive to create that same environment for my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Danny Barrera - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
