Senior Project Manager – Consumables R&D (Medical Devices)
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level projects within our Consumables R&D organization. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and delivering high-impact solutions in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan the Project
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with leadership and technical teams.
- Develop detailed work plans, resource allocations, and schedules.
- Set measurable goals and ensure timely execution.
Implement & Execute
- Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Medical, and Supply Chain.
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain consistent communication and reporting for stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and Executives.
Monitor & Control
- Manage budgets, timelines, and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory guidelines.
Evaluate & Improve
- Assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required)
4+ years of experience managing projects—preferably in an FDA-regulated environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, design control, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
