Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

We are hiring an experienced ER RN for a fast-paced travel assignment in Texas. Seeking candidates with strong emergency, trauma, and adult/pediatric ER experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency care for adult and pediatric patients
- Triage, rapid assessments, IV starts, and medication administration
- Manage trauma, stroke, respiratory, cardiac, and critical care emergencies
- Cardiac monitoring, EKGs, dysrhythmia management
- Assist with ventilated patients, sedation, chest tubes, and urgent procedures
- Work efficiently in a high-volume ER setting
Requirements:
- 2+ years recent ER experience
- Experience in 40+ bed ER / 200+ visits per day preferred
- Recent travel ER experience preferred
- Level II or III trauma experience required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required (or willing to obtain)
- NIHSS preferred
