Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide outstanding support to insurance clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Policy Management: Assist in processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.

Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Data Accuracy: Maintain and update accurate client records and policy details.

Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.

Proactive Communication: Initiate contact with clients to provide relevant updates and information regarding their policies or claims.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Life and Health Insurance License in Missouri is preferred.

Licensing: Active Property and Casualty is required

Experience: Prior experience in insurance customer service or a similar field is beneficial

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer Focused: A proven ability to provide superior customer service and meet client needs

Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy administration
