Key Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license with current credentials
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in stepdown or a similar acuity hospital unit
- Successful completion of at least one prior travel nursing assignment
- Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassion and accuracy
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring close monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
