Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a results-driven and analytically strong leader to serve as the Manager of Treasury Operations. This individual will play a key role in forecasting cash flow, managing capital resources across our managed hotel assets, producing critical ownership reporting, and supporting Lodgco’s acquisition and third-party management growth initiatives. This is a highly visible role interfacing with executive leadership, hotel ownership groups, and internal departments.

Please note: This position requires 100% on-site presence at our new property support office located in Grand Rapids, MI.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash Flow Forecasting & Treasury Oversight

  • Forecast monthly and long-term cash flow across all Lodgco-managed hotels and the corporate platform
  • Track equity and debt inflows/outflows and ensure timely communication of distributions and capital needs to ownership.
  • Oversee movement of cash to cover operating needs, capital projects, and FF&E reserves.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain appropriate balances and optimize use of cash.

Ownership Reporting & Communication

  • Publish monthly ownership reports each month
  • Deliver annual property valuations.
  • Serve as point person for ownership financial inquiries and reporting requests.

Strategic Finance & Growth Support

  • Prepare IRR analyses and valuation models for potential acquisitions and capital projects.
  • Model Proforma P&Ls for prospective third-party management contracts.
  • Collaborate with development and executive teams on deal analysis and presentations.

Ad Hoc Projects & Compliance

  • Coordinate annual filings, ownership changes, and compliance reports with hotel state authorities.
  • Drive one-off analysis and reporting requests from owners, lenders, or senior leadership.
  • Support the Accounting Department in other functions as deemed necessary by the Corporate Director of Accounting.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or asset management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation experience (Excel proficiency required).
  • Familiarity with hotel P&Ls, ownership structures, and FF&E funding models.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to synthesize complex financial data for ownership audiences.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, stand for long periods of time, ability to walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.


EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

Employee must be available during core business hours (generally recognized as 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday) expectation is approximately 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
