Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including motivation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in languages common among the local workforce.
