Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students across all grade levels from Pre-School through 12th Grade. This contracted role is located in Mc Calla, AL, with an immediate start and continuing through the end of the current school year. Candidates with experience in pediatric speech therapy in elementary, middle, and high school settings are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students spanning Pre-K to 12th grade
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and progress reviews

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Familiarity with K-12 grade caseload management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to engage students across a wide age and developmental spectrum
