In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is growing, and our future looks BRIGHT! We are looking to hire a BCBA to join our warm, inclusive, and inviting community as a Clinical Director who is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our ABA Department.
In2Great! is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic offering ABA, OT, SLP, PT, mental health, feeding therapy, a therapeutic preschool program, and a transitional program. Our mission is to help as many children as we can, to help support our community and to have FUN while we do it all!

Yourtotal compensationconsists of a competitive base salary, semi-annual bonuses, a competitive health benefits package, remote work flexibility, Monday-Friday day hours, manageable caseloads, IRA with match after specified time on the job and CEU dollars allotted annually.
Clinical Guidance:Provided by our clinic founder Dr. Angie Harisiadis OT/Aspiring BCBA, and our Executive Clinical Director Gwen Reilly SLP.
Your Role
- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Provide mentorship and coaching for BCBA team.
- Focus on department growth and development
- Provide guidance on patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
All CandidatesMUST have:
- At least 7 years experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's Degree with Behavior Analyst Certification Board Credential Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning in the field of pediatric therapy
- Empathy, patience, and creativity in engaging children and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
- Understanding of naturalistic environment therapy approaches, including strategies for embedding therapeutic activities within a child's natural routines, interests, and play experiences.
