JUST ONE on behalf of its client, a leading company in the business of B2B conferences and awards, is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Representative.
Your role:
- Take responsibility for selling high-value Event Sponsorship packages to key solutions providers.
- Be a “hunter”, sourcing, approaching and selling to high-level executives from leading companies.
Requirements
- Make research and identify sales prospects and key company contacts for potential sponsorship opportunities
- Use your industry knowledge and the knowledge of your clients’ businesses to match sponsorship packages to the needs of a client
- Research thoroughly the industry and the market, so that you can be sure of targeting the right prospects for your event
- Use highly consultative sales techniques to make your clients aware of the commercial advantages of sponsoring an event
- Build strong relationships with customers to become loyal advocates and authentic promoters of our products
- College/ University degree or demonstrate equivalent professional development
- A marketing, sales or business-related degree would be an advantage but not essential
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools particularly Outlook, Excel & Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Greek)
- Commitment to the team’s goals for results and innovation
- Collaboration with other teams
- Negotiation and listening skills
- Ability to understand new and diverse markets
- Positive mindset and hands-on approach when faced with obstacles to success
- Strong work ethic, ambitious and eager to learn and develop
