Job Summary:
Provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures, prior experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
  • Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to work as a team
  • Detail oriented and follows direction
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent Diploma

Job Duties:

  • Receive inbound calls and emails for potential work opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes, Invoices, and reports
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Schedule various field services
  • Use computer software systems for data entry and record keeping
  • General Office Administration, Duties as assigned
  • Maintains Accounts receivable and track past due accounts
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies
  • Prepare outbound shipments and receive inbound shipments
