Job Summary:
Provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures, prior experience preferred
- Ability to learn new software and systems

- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- High School Graduate or Equivalent Diploma
Job Duties:
- Receive inbound calls and emails for potential work opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, Invoices, and reports
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Schedule various field services
- Use computer software systems for data entry and record keeping
- General Office Administration, Duties as assigned
- Maintains Accounts receivable and track past due accounts
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies
- Prepare outbound shipments and receive inbound shipments
