Job Summary:
The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly or monthly payroll for all employees
- Review and verify timesheets, overtime, and attendance
- Maintain payroll records and handle employee payroll inquiries
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit notifications
- Coordinate with HR and accounting departments for accuracy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll or accounting
- Proficiency with payroll software (ADP preferred).
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
