Job Summary:
The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process biweekly or monthly payroll for all employees
  • Review and verify timesheets, overtime, and attendance
  • Maintain payroll records and handle employee payroll inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit notifications
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting departments for accuracy

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll or accounting
  • Proficiency with payroll software (ADP preferred).
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
