Responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling: 5-day or 4-day work week options available
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adults in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, nurses, psychologists, and social workers
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health education
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $195,000 - $295,000 annually (based on experience)
- Student loan repayment: up to $110,000

Requirements:
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Clear and active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain
- Experience in outpatient or integrated care settings preferred
- Comfortable treating a wide range of patient populations (children and adults)
