Position Summary
Prime Performance is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness practice. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about integrative medicine, patient education, and proactive healthcare. You will work closely with providers and patients to deliver personalized treatments in a supportive, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Administer injectable therapies including TRT, HRT, peptides, and vitamin injections

Assist with medical weight loss programs and patient monitoring

Perform patient intake assessments, vitals, and medical history reviews

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle recommendations

Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately in the medical record

Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations

Support providers during consultations and treatment planning

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois

Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient safety

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in wellness, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or integrative medicine

IV therapy or injection experience

Prior experience in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
-
Interest in holistic, preventative, and longevity-focused medicine
