We are looking for a skilled Documentation Implementor to join our team on a contract basis in Maple Plain, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a system transition by documenting processes and offering guidance to users as they shift from HubSpot to Salesforce. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation within Confluence and SharePoint environments.
• Provide individualized support to users transitioning from HubSpot to Salesforce, answering questions and offering guidance.
• Develop training materials, including videos and written guides, to ensure users understand Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify documentation needs and address concerns during the system transition.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize Salesforce knowledge to educate users about customized features and workflows.
• Manage administrative tasks related to process implementation and documentation.
• Foster a positive experience for users by addressing concerns and highlighting Salesforce benefits.
• Assist in organizing and compiling necessary documents to support the transition process.
• Work in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration, development, and integration.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly as the system is phased out.
• Proficiency in using Confluence and SharePoint for documentation purposes.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members.
• Experience in process implementation and administrative coordination.
