Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment for all operative procedures.
- Assist in the set-up of operating rooms following surgeons pick sheets and procedural requirements.
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams, hospital personnel, and equipment vendors to support patient care delivery.
- Uphold confidentiality and support organizational mission and values.
- Manage clerical and departmental duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
- Current certification as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) required.
- Proven experience in an operating room setting.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong munication skills for effective interaction with medical staff and support personnel.
