As a Bartender at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you are the heartbeat of the bar experience. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals with a passion for people, mixology, and creating memorable moments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know your way around a cocktail shaker, we want you on our team!



Requirements:

  • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
  • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests.
  • Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
  • Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions.
  • Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies.
  • Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment.
  • Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts.
  • Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration.
  • Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
