Downtown Pittsburgh law firm is in need an experienced candidate for their Receptionist/Front Office Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Managing all incoming calls and directing to appropriate parties
· Scheduling and calendar management
· Preparation of general correspondence and data input
· Maintaining office supplies and related
· Conference room set up and breakdown
· A variety of related office and light admin support duties
Requirements:
· Previous like front desk support experience (within a law firm setting is a plus)
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
· Accurate typing and data entry skills
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Team player willing to assist where needed
