Work Location: Washington, D.C.
Work Schedule (Onsite): Five (5) days a week, onsite at the customer’s facility
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of internal and external partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication across the program. This role requires building knowledge of the federal law enforcement community, U.S. critical infrastructure, and private sector outreach processes while anticipating potential risks, addressing stakeholder concerns, and delivering professional messaging. The Relationship Manager will partner with leadership and other units to draft materials, reports, and presentations, while also conducting briefings and representing the program’s voice to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of internal and external partners
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the federal law enforcement community, U.S. critical infrastructure, and private sector outreach processes
- Direct stakeholder inquiries and concerns to the appropriate points of contact in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and anticipate potential risks or program impacts, collaborating with management to develop messaging and mitigation strategies
- Represent the program’s voice in engagements with stakeholders and partner organizations
- Collaborate with other units to draft materials, reports, products, and presentations that support program objectives
- Gather and analyze partner feedback through surveys and other channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Evaluate feedback to inform and recommend improvements to processes, policies, and tools
- Design and implement business processes related to membership, vetting, partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaigns
- Produce reports, communications, and deliverables that support stakeholder identification, relationship mapping, and program implementation
- Translate data from external organizations into clear, actionable reports, including data visualizations and analysis
- Deliver effective briefings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Draft clear, professional, and impactful communications tailored to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a United States Citizen and present proof of Citizenship, if selected
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of six (6) years of related professional experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service to external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey detailed analysis and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience working effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments
