Job Details:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized receptionist to support our growing
team. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs efficiently by managing essential
office operations, collaborating with multiple departments, and assisting with the smooth
onboarding of new hires, and partnering with our Office Administrator. This role is critical to
maintaining an organized and productive work environment, as well as supporting the
overall administrative needs of our office and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Support with the onboarding process
• Partner with Marketing and HR on various tasks
• Schedule interviews and assist with other company related meetings
• Support managers with the hiring process
• Ensure the office space remains clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Assist with HR-related duties and other assigned tasks as needed.
• Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Reporting Relationship(s): Human Resources Department
Required Experience and Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in office management or administrative roles preferred.
• Ability to manage various projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Must have high school diploma or college degree.
