This position requires membership in the St. Louis Laborers Union (McGrath will assist with sponsorship if needed).
What youll actually be doing:
- Performing general labor tasks on active construction jobsites
- Jobsite cleanup, organization, and material handling
- Assisting with demolition and site prep
- Supporting carpenters and other trades as needed
- Following all safety procedures and identifying hazards
- Taking direction from Superintendents and field leadership
What were looking for:
- Laborer experience (journeyman level preferred)
- 3+ years of construction experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all conditions
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
